Q & A With Principal Consultant of LCC Immigration, Ajay Gupta:
How did you first become involved with LCC Immigration and how does the company's vision align with your own values?
I had immigration experience from India that I then used in Canada, and I further obtained my license. My main purpose in becoming an immigration consultant was to help people that were migrating so they could fulfill their dreams. I also wanted to do so, ethically; I had heard so many stories of "ghost" consultants duping people (deception involving emotions and money). We wanted to stand tall in this competitive market, and we are happy that we conceived of this (LCC Immigration) four years ago. We commit to being way ahead and our service is recognized by our clients.
Which milestones have marked meeting benchmarks towards the fulfillment of your personal goals/ the company's vision and goals?
i) First and foremost, proof of customer satisfaction has been important. We can say that we are one of the few organizations in the service industry that has maintained consistent five-star reviews. More than 100 clients have rated us, and not even one has given us less than five stars; this is a big achievement, in and of itself. ii)Secondly, we were awarded Best Businesses in Canada verification by the CBRB, last year. iii) Being less than five-years-old, LCC already has four locations across the GTA.
Which steps have you taken for the company to achieve the level of consumer trust that has been nationally recognized?
Fairness and transparency are the two most important ethics of our business, and which are keeping us at the top-most level of performance. We also maintain timely responses to emails to make our clients feel happy and comfortable.
What part of your education or other experiences do you feel was the most helpful in preparing you for success?
The most important thing has been my culture and the way that I was brought up by my parents. They taught me the one most important thing to do with work: "be ethical and don't dupe anyone!" I always kept that in mind, and with the kind of experience I had from India, it helped me set up an immigration business in Canada. I am proud that we are rated among the top immigration consultants for our services, fairness, and transparency.
Which strategies have you found the most effective in growing your audience/ bringing awareness of your service to a larger consumer group?
Referrals have been the best, and they have helped us grow very fast. Other than that, we are highly rated on Google, and we have leveraged keywords effectively. If you enter a search related to immigration services, you will probably see LCC on page one. This has helped us gain more clients, globally. You can reach us by visiting LCCImmigration.ca .
Are there any challenges that made it difficult to continue operation and that you managed to overcome? What was your approach to get past these?
Nothing much. Whatever happens, we make sure we stand out in our work and with an edge over any competition around us; as we know, "Leaders don't compete; they set standards."
How do you balance work, passions/hobbies, and relationships?
A successful businessman is one who balances his personal and professional life. I work Monday to Saturday, and I keep Sundays for myself and my family. Regardless, if we have an urgent call or file to follow up on, we do work on Sundays, as well. Our first priority is our clients.
What are your future plans to build on your achievements and fulfill your vision for success, and what developments can your audience or clientele look forward to expecting next?
We are growing and want to grow more. We are planning to have more than 25 locations in the next five years. That's the goal and we are targeting all of North America. If anyone would like to team up with us, you can contact us, and if we find that you possess passion and truthfulness, we can offer you franchise options.
What advice would you like to give readers that hope to achieve success in your field?
Be truthful and transparent, and in any business, you will succeed.
