The client
hoped to boost its Digital Transformation initiatives with mobile channel
activation. It also wanted to ensure seamless business continuity, enhance
DevOps to integrate DevSecOps and elevate its Digital Test CoE. The brand also
wanted to fully automate Data Engineering (Test Data Management) and
environment provisioning (Test Environment Management). The plans also included
setting up a real-time dashboard, Verita (which is Cigniti's proprietary tool),
across small cross-functional teams.
Cigniti
delivered on all fronts and demonstrated business value with full Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance for the website and mobile apps. It also
ensured faster time-to-market from once in two months down to weekly. It was a
14% increase in throughput and increased Performance Engineering coverage from
16 to 80 stores. The company also helped cover 65% of the applications with
automation. It was earlier at 30%. Cigniti also leveraged Verita to develop a
custom and real-time dashboard for the American retailer.
