Offering a product that would save parents time and improve children's health, Everett (of Sidney Ledson Institute) had the audience and judges of the recent CSR National Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge in his corner. At just five years of age, Everett delivered a powerful pitch, detailing the benefits of his invention, the Breakfast Popsicle. Word has it, he even brought in a delicious prototype for judges in the semi-finals round! It comes as no surprise that Everett won both, the Judges' Choice Award, and Community Choice Award by audience vote, for this year's Kindergarten division challenge. Watch the video, below, to see Everett's full presentation and comments from impressed guest judges, Raj D. (founder of Farang Martial Arts), Jennifer Donovan (founder of J. Donovan Law Group), and Bradley Jacobson (founder of UltraVac):
Everett's Winning Business Pitch
We offer a hearty congratulations to Everett for winning the Kindergarten Division Judge's Choice Award AND Elementary Grades Community Choice Vote in the CSR National Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge; we also commend Everett's teachers at Sidney Ledson Institute (private Toronto elementary school) for providing such a strong framework for learning entrepreneurial skills.
