What services does Broadway Nails & Lashes offer?
We offer lash extensions, acrylic full sets, manicures, pedicures, waxing, hair services, and massages at our only location off of Broadway and 410.
How did you come up with the idea to start Broadway Nails & Lashes, and what purpose did you intend to serve with the concept?
I saw a need for a quality one-stop shop in the area and I decided to open up Broadway Nails & Lashes. I've had other salons and spas around town before, but this by far is my most enjoyable offering the widest variety of services.
What part of your education or other experiences do you feel was the most helpful in preparing you for success?
I found that the most enriching part of my journey was learning through experience with customers. My customers have encouraged me to learn new techniques and practices through the years. They've also taught me about what it means to provide great customer service.
Which strategies have you found the most effective in growing your audience/ bringing awareness of your service to a larger consumer group?
I've found an effective way to grow my audience is through the customers. Although, Facebook and Instagram provide great photos of our work, people love to hear from our customers. A tried and true way to grow my audience is through Google and Yelp reviews.
How do you balance work, passions/hobbies, and relationships?
Although it can be difficult, it is definitely achievable! I've built a consistent routine that involves a lot of self care such as: going to the gym, eating healthy, and getting plenty of sleep, so I can show up 100% for the relationships in my life as well as my duties at work.
What advice would you like to give readers that hope to achieve success in your field?
