Benefits
Benefits of Q&A features are inherent for our readers, given the mentorship and recommendation aspects of the Winner Magazine publication; at the same time, the opportunities that are provided for our featured contributors cannot be understated. Stemming from Dr Carol Dweck’s research on the merits of acknowledging persistent and deliberate efforts above end-point accolades, our features get a chance to be celebrated for the trials, triumphs, and tedious dedication to quality service that have earned them their shining signifiers of elite performance. Q&A features are exclusively offered to professionals, business leaders, startup leaders, and youth that have been nominated or selected by means of scrutinous review (for meeting distinguishing benchmarks in fulfillment of their goals); accepting feature representation to share expertise further accentuates each featured individual's ability and willingness to engage their community with confidence in their personal/team vision. As we are grateful to our feature members for sharing their insights, so too have may of our features expressed appreciation for the facilitation of a platform to connect with potential clients, employers, or adminissions officials in their most human and compelling voice |
